Maestra Naturaleza
23 May 2025 · Centro Cultural Gabriela Mistral (GAM), Santiago
MJP Lab participated in the CAPES public fair Maestra Naturaleza: socioecología para un futuro sustentable, an open event created to connect scientific research with the environmental challenges facing Chile.
Held as part of the World Biodiversity Day celebrations and CAPES’ 10th anniversary, the fair brought together research, public policy, industry and civil society. Interactive stands presented projects from CAPES research lines and invited visitors to explore how ecological science can contribute to solving socio-environmental problems.
The programme also included workshops, exhibitions and conversations on biodiversity conservation, nature-based solutions, ecosystem restoration, forest-bathing experiences and climate-change adaptation.
